BREAKING: Oklahoma Lands Commitment From Ex-Oklahoma State Defensive Lineman via The Transfer Portal.

Oklahoma added more depth to its defensive line through the transfer portal late Tuesday night.

The Sooners secured a commitment from defensive tackle who entered the portal this spring after one season at Utah State. He originally began his college career at Oklahoma State but transferred after his freshman year in 2023.

He announced his decision on social media. During his lone season with the Aggies, he tallied 10 tackles and one tackle for loss. His standout performance came against Boise State, where he notched three tackles. He served primarily as a rotational player, logging 145 snaps at defensive tackle according to Pro Football Focus.

With Lolohea on board, Oklahoma has now landed three transfer commitments this spring. He joins former Cal running back Jaydn Ott and ex-Stanford offensive lineman Jake Maikulla. The Sooners are also eyeing a tight end and possibly a few more additions before finalizing their 2025 roster.
