Jackson Cantwell, a towering offensive lineman and the top-rated prospect in the 2026 recruiting class, announced Monday that he will reveal his college decision on April 30.
Standing at 6-foot-7 and weighing 300 pounds, Cantwell hails from Nixa, Missouri, and is drawing major attention from powerhouse programs. Georgia is making a strong push for the standout tackle, while Miami, reigning national champion Ohio State, and Oregon are also firmly in contention. Recently, Cantwell made waves outside of football with an impressive performance in the shot put.

Originally planning to commit later this summer following a series of official visits, Cantwell has moved up his timeline. He now plans to attend Oregon’s spring game on April 26 — which is expected to be his final visit — before announcing his decision four days later.
With this new timeline, the college football world will learn sooner rather than later where Cantwell’s exceptional talents will land for the 2026 season.
