Landing Mack is a major win for Brian Kelly and his staff, as the highly coveted prospect chose LSU over top programs like Texas, Texas A&M, and reigning national champion Ohio State. According to the 247Sports Composite Rankings, Mack ranks as the No. 4 prospect in Louisiana, the No. 10 wide receiver nationally, and the No. 64 overall player in the 2026 class.
Mack adds to an already impressive 2026 recruiting class for LSU, which currently ranks third in the nation. Wide receiver has been a key position for the Tigers in this cycle, with four of their nine commits playing that role. Leading the class is five-star prospect Tristen Keys, the No. 1 receiver in the country and the No. 4 overall player.
